The 10th International Conference on Fluid Control, Measurements, and Visualization
that will take place at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia, on August 17–21, 2009.
The conference is contemplated as a continuation of the previous nine symposia. The 1st FLUCOME symposium was held in Tokyo, Japan (1985), the 2nd in Sheffield, U.K. (1988), the 3rd in San Fransisco, CA, USA (1991), the 4th in Toulouse, France (1994), the 5th in Hayama, Japan (1997), the 6th in Sherbrooke, Canada (2000), the 7th in Sorrento, Italy (2003), the 8th in Chengdu, China (2005), and the 9th in Tallahassee, FL, USA (2007). The FLUCOME-2009 program will include three themes A, B, and C: Theme A: Flow Control Theme B: Measurements Theme C: Visualization One of the conference days is planned for the special event: technical tour to the 9th International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2009 at the ROSSIYA Transport and Exhibition Complex in Zhukovsky, Moscow Region. If you intend to participate, please fill in the Participant Notification form online by December 15, 2008. The deadline for a 1-page abstract submission is February 19, 2009. We will be happy to see you at the conference and discuss your most recent scientific and technical accomplishments with the FLUCOME community in Moscow, the city of inimitable beauty and historical significance for Russia.
